Keeping Our Patients Informed
Door Creek Cares
For over 30 years, families in and around the Madison area have trusted Door Creek Dental to help with their dental health needs. Our Doctors and staff are caring, qualified and treat all our patients as we would our own family members.
Welcome New Patients
Your first visit to Door Creek Dental will include a thorough appointment with a Dental Hygienist including any necessary x-rays.
After your Hygienist has completed a thorough evaluation of your dental health, your Dentist will perform a comprehensive examination of your entire oral cavity. This includes a head and neck exam for oral disease and cancer, as well as an evaluation of the teeth and supporting tissue.
Please allow 80 minutes for this visit.
Our offices are located on the corner of Cottage Grove Road [Hwy BB] and Sprecher Road, next to Kwik Trip. Parking is in the rear, via Kilpatrick Lane.
At Door Creek Dental, our doctors & hygienists want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen. We understand that illness and emergencies occur and will accommodate for those rare instances. However, if you do need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully ask for 48 hour notice. A $50 fee may be charged to your account for not honoring this policy.
