When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen. We understand that illness and emergencies occur and will accommodate for those rare instances. However, if you do need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully ask for a 48-hour notice. A $50 fee may be charged to your account for not honoring this policy.
